Description

Job Summary

  • To provide maintenance and servicing of audio and AV products in the workshop
  • To provide on-site after-sales technical services for customers who purchased audio/video systems in their residences.

Responsibilities:

Outdoor duties:

  • Troubleshoot and identify/isolate technical faults
  • Perform basic audio/video system connection and multiple wireless home theatre connectivity
  • Provide guidance for product usage
  • After repair billing and collection of payments
  • Delivery and re-connection of repaired products
  • Provide recommendation for better Audio/Visual experience

 Indoor duties:

  • Failure analysis, troubleshooting and repair of customers’ equipment
  • To assist and communicate with customers in better understanding of equipment usages/processes and related technical queries
  • Provide efficient and good repair quality standards
  • Provide support/assistance to indoor and outdoor teams
  • To assist in the maintenance/servicing of airline headsets whenever incoming volume increases predominantly

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electronics/Electrical
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license

Salary Wages:

  • Full-time from $2,000 to $2,500/ per month

Working Hours:

  • From 8:30 am - 6:15 pm
