Customer Support Engineer (Full-Time)

Description
You will be involved in ensuring a smooth user experience by providing direct support at call centres and sports & recreation centres.

Job Description:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level of support to users
  • Calls and email management
  • Escalate issues to relevant support groups and follow up actions
  • Participates in process documentation and service improvement cycle
  • Participates in inventory monitoring and reporting for reordering purposes
  • Participates in end user training and documentation of support materials
  • Perform standby duties when rostered
  • Adhere to maintenance routines published
Job requirements:
  • Diploma in IT or related discipline
  • ITE candidates with relevant experience welcome to apply
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in helpdesk and support service environment
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Self motivated, team player and demonstrates effective learning skills
  • Passionate in technology and people
  • Able and willing to work shifts including public holiday
  • Familiar with MS Office and social media
Others:
  • Shift timings: 
    • 6.30am - 3.00pm
    • 9.00am - 6.00pm
    • 1.30pm - 10.00pm
  • Wage: $8 / hr,  during training will be $35/ day
  • Location: Buona Vista
