Job Responsibilities:

• In charge and take full responsibility for the bar
  
• Take and serve alcoholic beverages 
  
• Assess customer needs and preferences and be able to make recommendations
  
• Mix ingredients to prepare and serve cocktails
  
• Ensure neatness and cleanliness of bar area
  
• Do periodic stock-takes, inventory and replenish items where necessary
  
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

• Have initiative and can work as a team
  
• Preferably tall since the bar is high
  
• Able to multi-task and handle a high volume of orders
  
• Some bartender experience or knowledge of alcoholic beverages
