Description

Job location: 

  • More than 25 restaurants to choose from

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example Gold Standard Hospitality Pride 
  • Open door and welcome Guest with a genuine smile 
  • Be a visible point of contact for Guest and assist them 
  • Be aware and alert of Guest’ needs 
  • Assist families and Guest to create feel-good moments (Eg. Pro-active in providing continued assistance – Baby chairs / Condiment, etc) 
  • Communicate and direct guest to optional ordering paths, 
  • Confidently address Guest concerns and needs – Order Accuracy & quality / Feedback handling / Direction assistance 
  • Planning, training GEL and crew, and follow up of Fun and engaging in-store activities that create a feel-good atmosphere for families and children in family restaurants. 
  • Managing Guest Touch Points 
  • Assist the Shift Manager to ensure the restaurant is clean, especially the lobby, dining area, Restrooms, Condiment Bars, High Chairs, Party Area and Playland by coordinating Travel paths between GEA / Lobby Crew and self every 30 mins. 
  • Check Back / Encourage and initiate repeat business 
  • Manage Customer recovery & feedback 

Job Requirements:
  • At least 1 -2 years of relevant customer service experience 
  • Confident, friendly with a strong desire to connect and serve guests in a personal way 
  • Strong communicator who is able to listen to needs and concerns of the guest
