All application and status are real-time updated and gets directly sent to the businesses. However business usually takes 5-7 days to reply. This process may be longer for competitive jobs where they have a lot of applicants. Try to bid for days that are not too immediate to give businesses sufficient time to respond, too.
Your shift will be automatically cancelled as the shift passed. Continue your bid to increase your hiring chance! Most people bid for more than one job to increase their chance. Meanwhile polish your profile if you have not yet done so.
You can leave a message on the comment session under the job listing.
*To protect your privacy, please DO NOT reveal your personal particular such as contacts or address in the comment section, which is an open platform for all Freeboh users. The employer will be able to access your contact once you bid their shifts or leave a comment.
After you bid:
You can either send them a Freeboh message or contact them via call. The business contact will be found in the shift details.
*Please do not contact businesses by replying the notification SMS as they are auto notifications sending from Freeboh.
Sometimes the business will request for an interview before accepting your bids. You will receive a SMS request, please log in to your account and confirm. Interview is not considered as confirmed until you reply to them.
To reply go to diary and click on the interview slot on your calendar (the date will be stated in your SMS and Freeboh mail). Select respond to select interview time. If none of the provided time slot fits your schedule, contact business via Freeboh mail or by call to ask fro a rearrange. Please note that a no show for interview can also lead to a bad rating on your profile.
Normally we don’t encourage withdrawal in bids. However, there are always exceptions with good reasons like, another business you bidded was faster in accepting you or you accidentally bidded the wrong shift. In this case, simple go to your diary. Under "Upcoming Schedule" section and find "Pending Tasks", click on the shift you wish to withdraw and select “Withdraw Bid” in the pop-out window.
If you wish to withdraw from a confirmed bid. Please contact the business directly via message and/or call. Tell them your reason and kindly ask them to remove your shift. You can find the contact under shift details on your diary page. To give them a heads-up and buffer time to search for replacement, inform them as early as you can. Remember, a no show without advance notification will result in a bad rating and will be reflected on your profile ☹.
You can check your work record from your profile page. This will list out the position you worked for, your rating etc. Otherwise, go to report page for statistic like your pay. For businesses that uses Freeboh for their payroll process you will also get to retrieve your pay slip record as well.
