Account information such as name, phone numbers, profile picture and work experiences etc. can be edited & updated from your profile page. Access to your profile page by clicking on your profile picture (or initial, if you have not yet uploaded your photo) on the upper right hand corner and select your name.
On your profile page select the “edit profile” icon and you can update your photo and self-introduction from the picture and about me section. Click on “Apply” to save changes. You can change your name here.
Freeboh does not require you to upload a CV. Instead we have a standardised profile where it auto-updates your work experience via Freeboh and reflect the ratings you get from businesses. To add in experience you have outside of Freeboh, go to profile page and select “+School” or “+Work” accordingly under the “Qualifications/Experience” section. This profile downloadable and will serves as your CV/resume where businesses get access to should you bid for their shifts.
* It is always a good idea to include your previous experience outside of Freeboh. Especially when you are a new user with no or limited Freeboh experience. Most employers reflected to us that they tend not to accept bids from applicants with an empty profile!
You can change your number at the bottom half section on your profile. Enter your new phone number and click verify number to receive a PIN number. Use this for the verification and click on the tick icon at the bottom of the page to save afterward.
To change your password, click on your profile picture (or initials) on the upper right corner then select “ Password ”. Re-enter the new password again under “Verify Password” to confirm new password. If you forgot your password, you can request a password reset via the “ Lost Password? ” link on login page.
When you uploaded your image did you see the green tick appear on the image thumbnail? The tick will indicate if your image is fully uploaded to the system. The upload is typically fast but it may be affected by internet connection.
